CONSUMER RIGHTS – WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION AND RETURN CONDITIONS

When you place an order electronically through the website you are using, you are considered to have accepted the pre-notification form and the distance sales contract provided to you.

Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Sales Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) and other applicable laws in force regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product.

The shipping costs, which are the product shipment expenses, will be paid by the buyers.

Each purchased product is delivered to the person and/or organization at the address specified by the buyer, within the legal period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, buyers may terminate the contract.

The purchased product must be delivered complete and in compliance with the specifications indicated in the order, along with any warranty document, user manual, or similar documents if available.

If it becomes impossible to sell the purchased product, the seller must inform the buyer in writing within 3 days from the date of learning of this situation. The total price must be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.
IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT PRICE IS NOT PAID: -
If the buyer does not pay the purchased product price or cancels it in the bank records, the seller's obligation to deliver the product ends.
PURCHASES MADE WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD: -
If it is determined that the credit card used for payment was unlawfully used by unauthorized persons after the product is delivered, and if the product price is not paid to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 3 days at the expense of the seller.
IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED WITHIN THE AGREED PERIOD DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES: -
If unforeseen force majeure events occur that the seller cannot foresee and the product cannot be delivered within the agreed period, the situation is notified to the buyer. The buyer may request the cancellation of the order, replacement of the product with a similar one, or postponement of the delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the buyer cancels the order, the payment will be refunded to them in cash within 14 days from the cancellation. If the buyer has made the payment by credit card and cancels the order, the product price will be refunded to the bank within 14 days from the cancellation, but it may take 2-3 weeks for the bank to transfer it to the buyer's account.
THE BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT: -
The buyer will inspect the contract goods/services before receiving them; they will not accept damaged or defective goods/services such as dented, broken, torn packaging, etc., from the cargo company. The delivered goods/services are deemed to be undamaged and sound. The buyer must take care to protect the product after delivery. If the right of withdrawal will be exercised, the product/service must not be used. The invoice must be returned together with the product.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: -
The buyer may exercise their right of withdrawal from the contract by rejecting the product without assuming any legal or penal liability and without giving any reason within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product to themselves or the person/organization at the address they provided to the seller, provided that they notify the seller through the contact information below.

DURATION OF WITHDRAWAL RIGHT: -
If the purchased item is a service, the 14-day period starts from the date the contract was signed. In service contracts where the service has started with the approval of the consumer before the expiration of the right of withdrawal, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.

The expenses incurred due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal are borne by the seller.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal within the 14 (fourteen) day period, a written notification must be sent to the SELLER by registered mail, fax, or e-mail, and the product must not be used within the framework of the provisions of "Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used" regulated in this contract.
USE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: -
The invoice of the product delivered to third parties or the BUYER, (If the invoice of the product to be returned is corporate, it must be sent along with the return invoice issued by the institution. Returns of orders issued on behalf of institutions cannot be completed unless the RETURN INVOICE is issued.)

Return form, The box of the products to be returned, their packaging, if any, their standard accessories must be returned complete and undamaged.
RETURN CONDITIONS: -
The SELLER is obliged to return the total price and the documents that put the BUYER under debt to the BUYER within a maximum of 10 days from the receipt of the withdrawal notice, and to take back the product within 20 days.

If there is a decrease in the value of the goods due to the fault of the BUYER or if it becomes impossible to return the goods, the BUYER is obliged to compensate the damages of the SELLER to the extent of his fault. However, the BUYER is not responsible for changes and deteriorations caused by the proper use of the product within the right of withdrawal period.

If the campaign limit amount is fallen below due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the SELLER, the amount of discount benefited within the scope of the campaign is canceled.
PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED: -
Products such as underwear, swimwear, makeup materials, disposable products, perishable goods, or products with a risk of expiry date after delivery, which are prepared according to the personal requirements of the consumer or which are not suitable to be returned, are delivered to the buyer and cannot be returned if the packaging is opened by the buyer, products that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature, except those provided within the scope of the subscription agreement, newspapers and magazines, goods related to periodic publications, electronic services instantly provided or delivered to the consumer, tangible goods such as voice or image recordings, books, digital content, software programs, data recording and data storage devices, computer consumables, returns of which are not possible due to the opening of their packaging by the BUYER. Also, the exercise of the right of withdrawal for services that have started with the approval of the consumer before the expiration of the withdrawal period is not possible.

Cosmetic and personal care products, underwear products, swimsuits, books, copyable software and programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs, and cassettes, as well as stationery consumables (toner, cartridge, ribbon, etc.), must be returned in their original, untested, undamaged, and unused packaging in order to be returned.
DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES -
In case the BUYER falls into default in credit card payments, the BUYER accepts, declares, and undertakes that they will pay interest within the framework of the credit card agreement between them and the cardholder bank and will be liable to the bank. In this case, the relevant bank may apply to legal remedies; the BUYER will be liable to compensate the damages and losses incurred by the SELLER
